De HT502 is SIP 2.0 standaard-compatibel en biedt 2 FXS-poorten, duale 10M/100Mbps Ethernet-poorten met geïntegreerde high-performance NAT-router, poortstatus- en boodschap-LED-indicator en een stander voor verticale bevestiging. Hij ondersteunt Universal Plug-in-Play (UPnP), tot 2 SIP-account profilen en traditionele en geavanceerde telefoniefuncties.
De HT502 biedt een geavanceerd niveau van veiligheid en automatisch provisioning door symmetrische en asymmetrische stemcoed/RTP in alle gespreksessies, en hij ondersteunt een brede reeks van de meest populaire stemcodecs.
