De GXW FXS serie met haar compact een zuiver design (geen ventilator) biedt geweldige audiokwaliteit, rijke functionaliteit, sterke veiligheidsbescherming en een aansprekende prijs/prestatie-verhouding. Ze is auto-configurabel, afstandsbedienbaar en schaalbaar. Ze biedt een 4- of 8-port FXS-interface voor analoge telefonen, duale 10M/100M netwerkpoorten met geïntegreerde router, PSTN-lifeline in het geval van stroomuitval en een RS232 seriële poort voor administratie.
De GXW40xx ondersteunt ook 2 SIP-account-profilen, caller-ID voor verschillende landen/regionen, T.38 fax, veiligheidsbescherming (SIPS/TLS) en omvattende stemcodecs.
